For the cake:

For the cream:

  • Cream Fresh 500ml

  • Truvia sweetener 100 g

  • Dark Cacao powder 10 g

    Whisk together the eggs, Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, and vanilla thoroughly in a blender.

    Next, add the flour, cocoa, and salt to the mixture. After thorough mixing, pour the batter into a tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.

    For the cream:

    Blend Truvia sugar and fresh cream until thickened; then, add the cocoa.

  • 4.

    For the decoration:

    Spread the green cream on the surface of the cake, roll it up, and trim the ends. Finally, adorn the cake with the cream.
