Rice Pudding

A well known treat in the Middle East. Rice pudding is enjoyed as a breakfast or an afternoon snack. Spoon it up and enjoy. Makes 8 servings.

  • ½ cup (100 g) Milk Powder

  • 1½ cup (150 g) Truvia Sweet Complete™ Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener

  • ½ cup (100 g) Short grain rice

  • 1½ cup (150 g) Cornstarch

  • 5 pc Mistika

  • 10 cups (2 liter) Milk

  • ¼ cup (30 ml) Rose Water

  • ¼ cup (30 ml) Blossom Water

  • ½ cup (100 g) Pistachio

  • 2 Tbs (20 g) Blossom Jam


  • 1.

    Soak the rice for two hours

  • 2.

    Put the liquid milk on the stove and add the powdered milk to it, stir well.

  • 3.

    Add the soaked rice to it and stir constantly until the grain of rice is soft.

  • 4.

    After the rice is cooked, add the cornstarch dissolved in rosewater and blossom water, then add Truvia Sweet Complete™ Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener and mistika to them

  • 5.

    Put it in a cup and garnish with lemon blossom and pistachio
