Fudgy Brownie Recipe This moist and fudgy chocolate treat brings out the kid in all of us! Makes 16 brownies. (85 g) unsweetened baking chocolate1⁄4 cup (50 mL) unsalted butter1⁄4 cup (50 mL) canola oil2 eggs**1⁄2 cup (125 mL) Truvia Sweet Complete™ Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) salt1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract2 Tbsp (30 mL) skim milk3⁄4 cup (175 mL) all-purpose flour1⁄2 tsp baking powder**Please remember to wash hands, utensils, equipment, and work surfaces with hot, soapy water before and after they come in contact with raw egg Directions Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 325° F (160° C).Add baking chocolate, butter and canola oil in a large microwaveable bowl. Heat for 30 seconds; stir.
