Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups (125 g) Semolina
  • 3/4 cups (125 g) Fine Semolina
  • 3/4 cups (125 g) Flour
  • ½ cup (100 g) Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
  • 2 Tbs (25 g) Milk Powder
  • 3/4 Tsp (5 g) Anise powder
  • 2 Tsp (6 g) Yeast
  • ½cup (100 ml) Warm Water
  • ¼ cup (25 g) Veg. Oil
  • 3 Tsp (7 g) Blossom Water

Directions

  1. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the dry ingredients (semolina, fine semolina, flour, Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, milk, yeast and anise) and set aside.
  2. Add oil, water and rose water, and knead into a doug.
  3. Put is on the side for 30 minutes to ferment.
  4. Roll the dough into the form of small fingers and gently press the middle on a cheese grater, roll to obtain a shell shape.
  5. Bake the fingers in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
