Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This reduced-sugar smoothie recipe by Chef Devin Alexander is the perfect way to enjoy the pumpkin flavor you love all year round. Makes 1 smoothie.

  • 23 cup canned pumpkin puree

  • 13 cup 100% liquid egg whites, pasteurized*

  • 14 cup silken tofu

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 14 teaspoon maple extract

  • 2 & 12 teaspoons Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Packets

  • 12 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 6 ice cubes

  • 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs (optional)

* Please remember to wash hands, utensils, equipment, and work surfaces with hot, soapy water before and after they come in contact with raw egg

    Add the pumpkin, egg whites, tofu, vanilla extract, maple extract, Truvia® Original Sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and ice cubes to the jar of a blender.

    Blend on high speed until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.

  • 3.

    Pour the smoothie into a 12 - 14 oz. glass.

  • 4.

    Top it with graham cracker crumbs, if using
