Pineapple Mango Smoothie

A taste of the tropics! Blend coconut milk, bananas, pineapple and mangoes to make a luscious, tasty treat. Makes 2 servings.

  • 34 cup unsweetened light coconut milk or lowfat milk

  • 12 cup frozen banana chunks (about 12 small banana)

  • 12 cup fresh mango chunks

  • 12 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 7 Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Packets

  • 2 Tbsp toasted flaked coconut for garnish, if desired


  • 1.

    In a blender pitcher, combine all ingredients except coconut.

  • 2.

    Cover and blend until smooth.

  • 3.

    Pour into 2 serving glasses and sprinkle with toasted coconut.

  • 4.

    To quickly toast coconut, simply place 14 -1⁄2 cup shredded coconut in uncovered 2-cup measure. Microwave on high for 1 12 -2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
