  • 300 g / Osmalya dough (Kunafa daugh)

  • 50 g / ¼ cup Vegetable Oil

  • Achta

  • 10 g / 1 Tbs Blossom Jam

  • 50 g / ½ cup Pistachio

  • Truvia Middle Eastern Syrup


  • 1.

    Roll out the dough, divide it into two equal parts, and bake each part separately with a little oil in a tray until golden. And leave it to cool.

  • 2.

    Add the cream (Achta) already prepared to the first part, and place the second part of the baked dough on top of it.

  • 3.

    Garnish with achta, pistachio, and Blossom Jam.
