Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.
  2. Preheat skillet or Dutch oven in preheated oven (10 min).
  3. Combine Truvia Sweet Complete™ Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, baking powder, almond flour, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Add egg and mix.
  5. Add melted butter and mix. Set aside.
  6. In the hot skillet or Dutch oven, mix together strawberries and blueberries, butter, lemon juice Truvia Sweet Complete™ Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, cinnamon and salt.
  7. Next, mix in gelatin.
  8. Scoop up a tablespoon of topping and flatten in hand and place on top of berries, you should get about five 2-inch rounds.
  9. Bake the cobbler 25 minutes, the edges should be bubbling and the top of the crust should be a golden brown color.
  10. Cool for 15 minutes and serve warm. Store cobbler, covered, in the refrigerator.
  11. To make dairy-free, use coconut oil instead of butter.
  12. Try with other berries.
  13. Try nutmeg or clove spices.
